catch fish. What do we use? First casts gets small one then nothing. Don't know if we should use bright colored lures, night crawlers. Need to kill most of the lily pads. Very little open water. Is that the big problem? Or is it how or what we fish with? Blue gill, Bass and Catfish are in the pond and a few have been caught but one at a time and few and far between.

Get rid of some weeds. put in 2 or 3 sterile grass carp. they'll eat it.

also, the fish are probably used to being fished so they'll stop biting after the first one is caught.
