...puppies from new litter? should we? We have one lab X (6months) We both work full time but current situation with our lab works out great. We have a big back yard. We definitely are getting one golden doodle but are torn whether to get one or two. Is having three instead of two dogs that much of a difference?

Do you have the patience & time (with full time jobs) for training all of these puppies?

Have you researched all of these breeds/mixes to understand what they all instinctively need? And can you provide it?

Have you a budget in place? Figure in the vet, dog supplies/preventive meds, food, possible groomer, possibly care taking when you go away for vacations. Plus misc. that pops up now in puppy days, adult phase, and senior assistance?

Things to consider before committing to those adorable pups.

Well, the bright side is you'd be giving mutts a home. But PLEASE don't pay for them! You would just be encouraging BYB's to breed more mutts.

EDIT: Let's be clear -- nothing against the DOGS. Just the people that rip off others by breeding mutts (or selling them in pet stores) and thus increasing the number of mutts needing homes. You should not pay any more than the adoption fee at your nearby shelter for a mutt!
