tv has the ch. blocked.Help? We can't get all the channels to come in. The tv seems to have most channels blocked and I can't figure out how to unblock them. when we push the menu button, it just blinks. Does anyone know how to unblock the channels ? The tv is useless if we can't see all the channels.
 
You might want to add the brand and model # of the TV to your question.

In the meantime, find an old VCR with a tuner,
connect it between your cable outlet and TV,
then use the VCR's tuner to select channels.
