Okay, last June we bought a 2005 Ford Mustang from a car salesmen in Taylor Texas.In November i was going thru a green light when another vehicle ran the light and hit me totaling my Mustang. We had taken out an insurance policy with the deal that if the car ever broke down, or became totaled before the alloted time on the contract was ever up we would be payed back the money. Unfortuatley the dealership went out of bueiness. Now after months and months of trying we are still owed all 2600, and they will not pay us a dime, after consistantly telling us they are working on it. I live in Houston Texas, does anyone know what type of legal action we should presue against them?
We are owed 2600 dollars by the people we bought a car from and they will not pay?
