We are going camping next month and we plan to eat out?

so we all have a decent main meal but we were wondering what type of food apart from beans and soup and quiche can we eat in the tent in the evenings we will only have two gas rings to cook on so any ideas would be appreciated , the camp site doesn't have a pub or restaurant
