Researching on the INTERNET is the best way to find what places pay. I averaged between $65 and $75 dollars a truck load. I had a step side truck with a small bed. Aluminum cans is more profitable in some states than in others. Oregon has places at most grocery stores that pays .05 cents a can.plastic and glass bottles get the same price. If your recycling aluminum cans in a state that don`t charge a deposit, then crushing them and saving them till you have 500 lbs or more pays better.One other thought is if you get free trees from arbor day foundation and grow them for about 5 years they are worth $100 to $150 if you sell them. Trees is one of the best ways to help the environment.
