Two To Tango

My instructor said yes, that I can take Tango to the barn! She's picking him up Monday. xD
Anyway, I need ways to make him to nice before I go to the barn. I am gunna give him a bath, and I was thinking of using baby powder to make his socks really white, but it's pretty messy. Any other, cheap idea's to spiff him up before Monday?
(For those of you who wanted pictures to prove I'm not lying, they'll be up by Wednesday the latest.)
