so heres basically my body status:
15 years old
male
14% body fat (around)
can see partial abs (2-4 pack kinda, 2 lines on each side of belly button)
Physical condition cystic fibrosis
Italian 60% English 40% (incase for height or something)
5 foot 6 inches
Heres what i would like within a year:
Good sized biceps/triceps
full 6 pack abs
good leg muscles
good looking pecs
strong back
But theirs a PROBLEM:
only have 1 dumbell with 22 lb. (the kind where you can customize how much you lift)
So no good resources, good exercises with only 1 22 lb. weights (2 5 lb weights, 4 3 lb weights)
also ways to get arm vains to pop out more.
