Waxwork - 1988 - 80's Horror

Have you ever seen this film?

I remember watching it when it came out after hounding my mum to rent it from Showtime video.

I watched it earlier today for the first time since and it has certainly stood the test of time because its quite a good film!

I loved this when I was 13, and I must admit I did feel slightly turned on with the Marquis De Sade scenes and Dracula

I liked the werewolf scenes and the zombie scenes,the ending was quite fun 2,sequel wasnt as good but it does pick up where the first left off.

Ah, takes me back to my childhood this film does! I haven't seen it for years but I remember loving it at the time.

I remember renting it on a Saturday night centuries ago on VHS, and a) it having Bobby from Twin Peaks in it - swoon - and b) thinking 'strewth, this is a tad gory' (there was a scene amongst others set in some kind of white morgue room, the wall of which is painted red following a decapitation) - I've since found out the UK video was heavily censored, and the uncut version is much stronger. It's at the back of my mind to track it down again some day.

I really enjoyed it!!
and loved Billy from gremlins.
And became a bit of a fan of the director, Anthoney Hickox his films at the time, i seem to love.
There is a sequel as well - Called Lost in Time.
there are some funny scenes in - but its not as good. Billy from Gremlins is in it as well.

He also did Hellraiser 3 and Warlock 2 - both of which are alright,.
love Warlock 2!!!

ive got this on dvd! and thought dracula was a bit of alright wouldnt have minded him chewing on my neck

Bought this on ye olde VHS many years ago. David Warner's best horror role other than The Omen.
