.wav Email Attachements now work on TMO!

Good News for everyone that has voice mail emailed to them...It appears that TMO has finally upgraded their BIS and you can now open wav email attachements!

Sweet...must try! That would mean no more having to either call voice mail for my landline or loading up the email attachment in my regular email just to hear the voice mail. Hope it works...

yup it works, a few other posts about it have been around.
it's the upgrade to BIS 2.3

it's os dependant I think it needs os 4.2 or higher

Ok...but there's no 4.2 for T-mo that I can see...just 4.1somethingorother when you go in to download the OS from them.

And that'll work? I've seen other carriers with the 4.2, but I just didn't know what it would do to my T-mo 8700g

yup, carriers have diff versions out.
I have a tmo pearl and am currently running rogers 1.94
it will work just fine!
some people have reported issues but it doesn't seem like anything major.

Yay, it works and is still in one piece I like that little red star next to the folders that have new email...makes it easier to find where the new stuff is!
