I have a 96 dodge neon that i recently bought it has 102,xxx miles on it and ive had to buy to gaskets for it replace the starter and a few other things. However my car tends to make weird noices when its turned on but just sitting there. it sounds as if its coming from the enigine it starts of a bit quiet and then the noice gets louder and then gets quiet again and then becomes loud...it does this over and over so can someone tell me whats up or is this normal for my car???
