Water through a Garden Hose?

A garden hose of inner diameter 2.2 cm carries water at 2.4 m/s. The nozzle at the end has diameter 0.4 cm. How fast does the water move through the nozzle? m/s

I thought you use the mass flow rate equation which is density x area x velocity = density 2 x area2 x velocity 2.

What am I missing
