no , you will need to go and get nitrate remover b/c over feeding causes nitrates to rise which damage fishs's slime coat which protect them from getting sick and helps with stress
i'm sure everyone will agree. you need to do a partial water change as soon as possible. tomorrow measure your ammonia, nitrite, nitrate levels. another water change or two will solve those problems.
