Water Cellphone help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

happened to me recently. on the news the said promptly place the cellphone in a big bowl of white rice, it will draw the water out over night. remove the back cover though!
 
take the battery out and put it and the phone in a bag of rice and let it stay for 24 hours it works my phone fell in the pool and i did that and it still works
 
Ok so today at Sea World some idiot bumped into me and knocked my phone out of my hand and it uhh landed in a small puddle. I really want my phone to work again and the water damage was slight but....it still isn't turning on. Any tips?

i keep getting answers with the White Rice but i dont have white rice
is there anything else?
or can i go buy some white rice in the morning or will it be to late??
 
take everything out of the back
[sim card and batery]
sit it out and let it air dry
i should work in a few hours when its completely dry
 
take it apart, battery, sim card, memory chip, phone, and let it sit for a week in dry uncooked rice
 
First of all, take the battery out of the phone.
Putting it back on could cause a short fuse and fry it.
Get a bag of unboiled rice and just stick all the pieces in there and leave it in there for about a day (to soak up moisture)
It should turn on and work fine.
 
take the battery out and then put the hole phone in rice make sure the rice covers all the phone leave it over night and keep it in there if u want it to work might sound dumb but the rice soaks up the water. i did that lots and rice helped! Goodluck
