Depends what he did. Just because they are the Police doesn't mean they can't have an opinion. If you act like an idiot , especially in charge of a car, then you can't complain when they call you out.
 
It's called freedom of speech.

If the Police stopped you expressing your views I suspect you would be the first to complain.

"Above THERE station", all your "question" does is demonstrate your ignorance and your prejudice.
 
Most localities have a complaint dept for citizens to complain. It goes against their professional conduct grade. Evidently being on TV doesn't stop crude manner misfits, but he probable likes his patrol car and will be driving it for the rest of his career more than likely with that attitude.
