Watch TV on my phone!?!?!?

I plan on getting a phone maybe during the summer. I will probably also be gettin the sony location free player to watch tv on my psp/laptop and was wondering what phones out there are capable of supporting this location free option. I tried to google it but just came across a bunch of "click here for free phones"...lol....
But what is out there and recommended to watch tv on my celly?

(also, for those of u w/ experience w/ the Location free player, will my laptop handle it?:

1.4 ghz
40 gb hard drive

Thnx for the help, but i need one that specifially works with the sony location free player. dubdub, please tell me your search terms cuz its not as easy as it sounds. If you let me know what you search then I wont have any probs looking for what I want, but like I said, i need a phone that works with the Sony Location Free Player. Those 2 sites which were given were helpful for other information, but not what im looking for

Look for a phone that has WiFi. This is gonna drain your phone big time!! Just get a PSP if you want to do this. Otherwise, I would probably recommend a slingbox if you want to push video to your phone.
