wat is a good age for people to start wearing make-up?

ive seen young kids wearing make-up isn't that rediculous? (im 13 and i dont wear it)
 
I was 15 when I started wearing it and I suffered no ill-effects of it and I am now 41.

Kids who are younger than 13 have NO BUSINESS wearing eye shadow, blush, all that crap, lip gloss and light mascara yes. They are little girls, they are not 20-something business women. Parents need to stop making kids grow up so fast, that is what is soooooo wrong in society today.
 
i started properly when i was nearly thirteen (i am an august baby) and i wore a little bit when i was younger like when i was a bridesmaid a tiny bit of eyeshadow and lipgloss.
im 13 now and dont wear it every day and if i do wear some just to go shopping i wear eyeliner and mascara. if im going to a party i may wear a little bit more though.
 
I'd say 13..

I'm 15 and I don't wear it.
When I was 13/14, I wore some makeup at the weekend etc, but the novelty wore off and I just stopped wearing it.

I can never be bothered spending the time putting it on and taking it back off again.
 
I started wearing makeup everyday when i got to about 12 i think. As soon as you start to get into boys and care about how you look that's when it;s a good time to start.
