Wash football(soccer) training tops?

I got some Nike shirts that has stickers and stitching. Im afraid when put into the washing machine,the stitching and stickers will come out. One is red while I have 2 blue tops. Both tags says WASH WITH LIKE COLOURS. Can I just put into the washing machine and set on delicate? Even though their not the same colours?
