well, yesterday i cooked some liver which was FRIED!
all purpose flour on the liver
olive oil as grease
NOOO salt or pepper,nothing
with spinach salad (no dressing), fried the onions with olive oil and then added tomatoes(tomatoes were not fried)
didnt eat it all But alot
do you think it was healthy??
