I am 18, 5'4 110- 112lbs
I am trying to maintain.. or lose a little
Breakfast: Natural w/grain cereal with low fat natural yogurt
Lunch: Apple, banana, 2 fresh dates
Dinner: Homemade chicken and vegetable fritters (just boiled chicken, grated vegetables, low fat cheese, egg and a tiny bit of flour, fried WITHOUT oil)
Then one fresh date before bed (soo yummy)
good/bad?
I am recovering from a bad flu and went for a long walk.
I also drank only water and one coffee.
I am concerned about the lack of running at the moment, I have been really sick so that's why..
lunch was eaten on the run and dinner was eaten in a mixture, so wouldn't really work...
too many/little calories today?
