Was this customer flashing her bra at me?

I dont try to overread situations. some women show no interest in me, some do. In this case this attractive woman seemed to. When she walked into the store I worked at (i was behind the counter) I caught her looking at me from the corner, and she turned her head...

and she asked me a question when facing me and she tugged her shirt a few times and for a few seconds made noticeable her red bra strap, and she knew I was looking (but not staring). thats why she kept it as she was talking to me...

what does this mean and could i escalate this situation into anything?
 
she might have been trying to be sexy or make a move, or it could have been her shirt bothering her, but i'd say she was and is intrested
 
Ummm it's hard to tell. I would of have to seen it to know. But you saw it, so you would know best. But i think she may have been flirting with you in a way. Maybe not. Who knows. But when I go into the guy I like's work I tend to do stuff to get his attention, so hmmm maybe yes!
 
Yes she was coming on to you no doubt...in the future just give her a simple compliment (not about her bra...lol) like I really like your fashion sense..at which of course she'll probably giggle/smile and say thank you, then just say excuse me for seeming forward but would you mind if I called you? Bada boom bada bing...good luck
