I was driving on the freeway late at night when I see the telltale red and blue lights in my rearview mirror. The car was moving very quickly and very erratically, so traffic shifted very quickly to let it through. Only, when it passed there was something off about it. It was a cheaper looking foreign export, and the blue and white lights were coming from 1) near the bottom of the car where neons are usually put, 2) underneath the spoiler 3) the top of the windshield and 4) the borders of the headlights. There were no sirens. I've seen this car a few times (My commute is late at night). Is this for sure a fake? Should I get its liscense and report it next time I see it? It's very obnoxious, but I wanted to be absolutely sure.
