Was the officiating bad in the Celtics-Cavs Game 7?

Thoughts on the supposed goal tending in Ray Allen's shot (could have been a 3 point play) and the charging foul against Pierce being defended by Lebron. (I don't believe it's a charging foul).
It's Game 6. sorry.
