So I bought this motorcycle about three weeks ago. Bought it off of someone. I asked him if it was inspected he said he did get it inspected and is good until July of 2010. First lie. I didnt notice that it had a salvage title until now. I looked at the title and didnt notice the S. for salvage-my mistake. But he did say through emails that the title was clean and clear. I figured since it was inspected its fine, I didnt know you could get a salvaged bike insured or inspected. Is there anything I can do??
I want to know if I can some how get my money back for him not telling me that it has a salvage title, and not telling me that it has ever been into an accident or had any problems. He told me he was the original owner but told me NOTHING about any problems with the bike. Could I get my money back?
