I went abroad and I met a guy at a club. We ended up talking a little and had some stuff in common. He asked me to dance and when he saw me move he leaned in and whispered into my ear "I'm definitely going to have to kiss you now." So, I let him...c'mon, now (he was british). We ended up making out till the club closed (3 hours) he was pulling some cheesy lines and I called him out on it as I was completely sober, but he said that he liked that I had substance. We made plans to meet the next day to hang out.
I didn't have an international phone, so the only way we could communicate was thru facebook (he added me the night before) I asked him if he was really interested in getting to know each other to meet me at this time...he responded with "I will see you there xx" we ended up meeting, had a great time getting to know one another and I ended up going back to his place. we talked and he played guitar for me and totally respected me in the fact that I didn't want to "do it"
I was heading back early the next day so I told him that I should be getting back to my hotel, and he didn't want me to leave...I ended up falling asleep with him for a little bit and woke up freaking out that my friends would be worried that I never came back to the hotel (i didn't want them to tell our advisor) so i told him that i needed to get back and he was so nice about it and called a cab...he came with me kissed me goodbye and that was it.
The next day, I found a fb message from him saying that he "missed me already" and that we need to keep in touch because he wants to come to america to visit me.
I wrote him back in agreement and flirted that it was hard to fall asleep without him...but he didn't respond
so I sent him another message asking him about work...and he said he had a long day (he's a bartender and works long hours)
we went back and forth (about 1 message a day, one day there was 3)
the last message i got from him was mid convo about how we both want to go to india. I told him that I love yoga and asked him if he had ever done it and he was like "i'm the most inflexible person! I replied flirtatiously saying "well if we ever meet again, i'm sure i could show you a few moves" and he hasn't responded...it has been 2 days.
I shouldn't be expecting anything since I only hung out with him for 2 days and that he is a bartender on the other side of the ocean...but i kinda like him?
