Was my Diet/Exercise routine good for the first day?

Aten today-
2 special k bars- total calories 160
and a ham w/ cheese and low fat mayo

then i did 2 miles on my treadmill
Calories burned- 342
fat cal. burned- 106

i also did hola hooping and crunches and 8 pound dumb bells.

Oh yea and i Broke down and drank a pop :( but im not gonna do it anymore its not worth it..

Do you think that was bad for the first day?
