Sounds healthy. Are you getting enough protein?

Maybe a multi-vitamin as well.

Not a doctor, not even on TV.

Just a caring parent. (They have both lived to ages 25 and 30.....so far)
 
Breakfast - alphabets cereal, with skim milk and a banana
lunch - plain bagel toasted with margarine
dinner - tomato soup made with water & 8 soda crackers
random snacking - a rice cake, half a slice of banana bread, cheese slice and a handful of froot loops
i'm 16 5'5, dont worry about my weight ;p
