was it too early to test?

i had unprotected sex on the 6th, 10 and 13th day of my cycle.

my period is due the 9th and i took a test on the 2nd and it came up negative

the test i got was a early detection one. but was it still to early.

ive had slight cramping and headaches lately. i dont know if it has to do with possibly being pregnant tho or not. and my lower back has pressure now
 
you may get your periods or just wait for 2 week then do the test becoz some time hcg level take time increase in urine or you may also do blood test to get acurate result.
 
hey darling. i know the 2ww is annoying and frustrating. take it from me who waiting almost POS i was preg. to test daily and get my AF at 12dpo :( DEPRESSING.

all i can say is i know i cant tell you not to test becuase i will do it too but if i could take my own advice it would be to not test till you miss your period. 1)its probly to early to test before then anway and 2) its less disapointing then seeing NEG test, NEG test then AF......

i had all your signs too and im not pregnant :(
but i know everyoen is diff and they are def signs still...
so good luck i really hope this is yoru month

i would say wait a few more days. those early detection ones are typically for 5 days before your missed period, but sometimes they'll give false negatives even then. so wait until a day or so before your scheduled period then see. the closer you are to the missed period, the more accurate they'll be.
