was king tuts coffin spiritual? if so how?
also what significant events happened when the coffin was found?

yes it was spiritual and it was based on rituals and beliefs of people during his time.

I believe some of the excavators died as well as one of their wives. Apparently a bad omen to open up a dead kings tomb.
