Okay so i work at Abercrombie (the kids store) and i love it a lot... but one customer tonight really took me off guard.. i think she is going to call administration and complain about me... did i really make her that mad?
I saw this lady with her 3 kids walking through the store.. and she pulled a huge pile of clearance shirts of a high shelf and moved a bunch of stuff on a lower table so she could set the clearance stack there and look through the shirts...
well after about 2 minutes her and the kids went to the dressing rooms so i took the clearance stack and put it back up on the shelf and rearanged the table to how it was supposed to be..
she comes back and asks where the pile of shirts went and i told her "oh i put them back up on the shelf"
and she says "well i took them down so i could look through them... that was the point" in a really rude voice
so i simply just say "oh i didnt know if you were done or not", not in a rude voice, but i didnt apologize. i just went and got the stack... moved the table around again, set the stack there and walked away.
i go behind the cash register and tell my manager not to move that pile until the lady checks out cause she was in a bad mood or whatever. i told my manager she was rude. i know the lady didnt hear what i was saying but she say me talking to my manager.. and stared at us.. so i went about doing my work.
then she approaches me and asks what my first and last name is, my assistant managers name (the one i was talking to) and my store managers name.. and then walks away...
is she seriously going to call and complain about that...?
