Okay so since Tuesday I ate a Big Mac with medium fries, yesterday I had a hamburger with fries from another local fast food joint and today I had another Big Mac.
I never eat this much fast food in a week and I go to the gym every 2-3 days (so I went Mon, Wed, soccer Thursday for an hour and gym again Friday for approx 2hours) and I'm recently targeting the chest and abs, so would I have done a lot of damage by adding fat. I'm quite healthy btw
