i have a 02 Mustang he has a 96 corolla.
i was going straight on green, as i was passing the intersection he turned right on red and hit me from behind/side.
called the popo, made a report. but i was so pissed the police where getting mad at me.
anyways i have the report. none of us got a ticket even though i think he should of.
what do i do with the report to make claims to his insurance so they can pay for the damage?
please im so mad, i just bought the car like a month ago.
i dont have his insurance number, just the name and policy number.
so how so do i call them?
