So I did this new method of self-evaluating my performance at work with my supervisor last week, and today I received an email from the coordinator/assistant of the supervisor about doing another one for a next month evaluation. Since I already did one last week, I asked if I had to do another one, and she said yes. She also added that mines was:
"Yours was sort of what provided the brainchild for this whole thing."
I didn't know I was one of the first people they tested this on. I feel used. Is this an over-reaction? Should I put it pass me, or say something? thanks!
