Was I subpoenaed? Will I get arrested?

I was living in Texas when I received a voicemail from police detectives saying that they were at my mother's house in Arkansas to serve me a subpoena and that I had 5 minutes to show up at the police department to get interviewed. My mother told them that I did not live there and that she didn't know where I was at. I of course never showed up because I was living in Texas. Was I subpoenaed? It was a murder case and it is now closed. They sentenced everyone in March. I called a week ago and checked to see if I had a warrant for my arrest in the county and city, I only have one in that city, but its for insufficient payment. They told me that I could get arrested for not showing up to get interviewed. Was I served? And could I still get arrested if the case is now closed?
 
i believe "subpoena"-ed would count, when the subpoena papers are given person to person. sure, there's that voicemail, but i could just argue that i haven't checked my voxmail all week (heck- all month. my phone was out) whatever the case... ...so "no." i don't think this was legal procedure for act of subpoena.

if the case is closed, i don't think the interview w/ police matters. but if U still have a bench warrant for your arrest for other charges, U may get cited, or take into custody...
