Does Cleopatra deserve the fame and common public knowledge she receives? What did she acctually contribute to the history of mankind? Was she totally overrated? Most everyone recognizes her name, but did she deserve that?
I am doing a project where I have to take a unconventional stance on a commonly held historical event or person.
I want to choose Cleopatra and say she did not deserve the public knowlegdge she recieves due to such and such...
Would that work?
And if that doesn't work..does anyone have any other ideas of people I could do my project on? (The person has to have lived between the time of Prehistory and the Renaissance)
