Warren Buffett: Stop Coddling the Super-Rich!

We will go over this yet again.

The punishment for refusing the draft is jail. You are not forced at gunpoint to join the military, go through training and then go fight. You would simply sit on your ass in a jail cell.

Thus you would STILL not be working for someone else's right. This is why the draft doesn't apply here.

Do you support forcing someone (by physical force if they refuse) to WORK at a job to provide you a product or service for your "right"? Yes, that means slavery. Simple question, simple answer. Just answer the question nurabnuts. It's not that hard to understand and if you are so convinced that you have a "right" that requires someone's labor, then you should be on solid moral ground to answer it.

You're a fucking idiot. Plain and simple.

In the wild, anarchy, nature, I have a right to exist as there is no one telling me otherwise. There is no God, no state, no nothing. I have every right to live and go about my life. I cannot claim any right on anyone else logically. I cannot make a case for enslaving someone or harming them, nor can they make a case for enslaving or harming me as being moral or just or right. Therefore I have every right to go about living as I please.

When you create a society, in order to have a lawful society, which is the only just society, you must define your rights as a person in order to create just, rational law. You start with gauranteeing people the right to their own lives under your society. If you do not, you have not created a lawful society, you have created enslavement and tyranny--which cannot be logically or rationally supported.

It's a strawman argument.

He's presenting the argument as if Warren Buffett is saying he alone isn't paying enough taxes rather than recognizing the overall statement that the mega wealthy are paying historically low tax rates, many of which are lower percentage-wise than the middle/upper class beneath him in earnings and wealth.

I also used the term begging the question to illustrate other logical fallacies you consistently make.

Now this is what I actually said instead of what you posted above.
and you are still asking for permission from a governing body to do what you want to do.
That is not freedom.

Where did I attack the speaker. Guys' a brilliant money maker, but he's not dropping any wisdom on us by letting us know that people will still invest money.
