Warren Buffet vs. good traders?

I know WB is supposed to be good, etc.. but 20%+ per annum, at least until recently, doesn't sound like much.

Don't good traders beat that by a lot?
Especially good quant traders?
 
I'm not sure why you think a consistent 20% return does not sound like much? There are pros in every trading house that don't achieve that rate.
