Warning! Crockpot "warm" setting!

Having taken keflex, once you're off it go for having yogurt several
days in a row and/or probiotics and/or other methods for rebalancing
your intestinal flora in favor of the beneficial bacteria that mostly
got wiped out by the antibiotic. Wait unti yogurt sounds appealing and
tastes good, though. No point in just adding it to the mess.
