I have 2 Samnite's, and a War Chariot (facedown)
I activate heavy storm, thus Skilled Dark Magician's effect activates (it reads "each time you or your opponent activate a spell card, place one spell counter on this card).
Can I used War Chariot now to negate Skilled Dark Magician's effect and destroy it?
