Can I use a gauge panel from a 97 or 98 Windstar w/ tach to replace my gauge panel that does NOT have a tach.. The panels are the same shape and just one has a tach on it and mine don't. 98' Windstar 3.0. Would a 3.8 Windstar setup work or would it need to be from a 3.0?
