WANTED: For crimes against music

sorry, i'm brand new to this thread and coming to it with an unprepared perspective...

just the title makes me feel sad inside

i'm not joking when i say that i can't watch this... i don't even want to know what song it is, even though i'm sure i know

now i'm scared to dig further... so far it's disgusting.

I'm a huge Joy Division fan (just look at my avatar) but i think they did a pretty good job, the guitar solos weren't as great but no cover is as great as the original.

Anybody else lose respect for Anathema and their completely unwarranted covers of Pink Floyd? I'd say it was a crime against music, but they did two off The Final Cut, which was an erabarrassment to begin with.

Well this is from a guy who played a gig in Belfast & in the middle of it shouted ' Ireland for the Irish' , and then got pelted by bottles & causing a riot that ended the gig

Every song with the lyric 'boo' or 'shawty' is a crime against the purity and creativity of music.

'hey, let's just put this lyric in my song, because it's hot right now, and not because it has any kind of meaning to me whatsoever, but because it's cool with leachy pre-teens, and will help me sell recorRAB'

haha...that's funny you posted that rt.....I was watching that video on another forum with someone using that as proof that she can dance after I stated that she was never a good dancer. The evidence is right there , that she wasn't a good dancer.

Nas provided the only decent moment.

I read that they wanted Radiohead to participate in this.

Thom Yorke and Fred Durst recording in the same room together would have been hilarious.

Anyway this (Durst free) remix version is a little better.

I still think they would have saved some money if they just dug out Marvin's corpse and gang raped it.
