this might sound crazy but any answers will be alright. Have opportunity to buy business for 2 million. The business brings in about 5 million a year. Profit margin i would believe about 200 or 300 thousand a year roughly. Me and another guy pretty much run it right now but owners are old and want out to retire. there is no way anyone of us could have the collateral for 2 millon but with large overhead cuts as in cutting employment by half and dropping insurance that only 4 people use we could save about 300 thousand a year. what financing options would be out there for something like this
