ok so i am going to start an online fashion business. i need as much information as i can get. i am in perth western australia and i want to import clothes from china and hong kong, other than postage do i have to pay to get the clothes through customs or stamp duty or any thing like that? also how do i know which whole salers are trust worthy and should i be safe to pay through paypal.
