what can i do? its not really me but my sister wants to move to a town 90 miles away from the one she is in now to go to school. the baby's fathers mom is threatening to get a lawyer to keep her from moving away. the baby's dad doesn't really have any thing to do with the baby. the grandmother does take her on the weekends sometimes. what does she need to do so she can move and go to school with out loosing her baby?
FYI if she could afford a lawyer she would not have have come to me, i worked for a lawyer so im able to write up and file and paper work. i just dont know where to start.
