hello there, I would really like to trim down over this summer, ready for september (going to be going to a new school!...that's my motivation anyway
)
I am currently 5'4 and weigh 210 pounds. Yes, I know it's a hell of a lot and am ashamed to be this size. however, I've joined a gym and sticking to my veggies. question is, is it possible to lose about 28 pounds in this time span (2 months)?
any tips are welcome, thanks
