well my parents live a long way from my house and i recently found out that my grandpa just got a laptop with a built in camera and i was wondering if their is a setup where i can call them with my computer to their laptop like a phone call and chat with video because my grandpa cant type.
and i dont want to have an account setup online i just want to have an address or something like a phone number
