Want to grow a few ornamental grasses in my garden. Can you please suggest some ?

I live in India and my garden receives partial sunlight. Those grasses that require partial sunlight or, ones that can grow to or more that 3-4 feet would be good, I think.

I love "porcupine grass" also called zebra grass, loves the heat, when all brown cut down to about 6'" and it grow back each year

looks good when its green and when brown

also japenese silver grass, both of the above grasses come normal and dwarf versions google search photos of these on the web

pampas grass has a giant variety 12 foot tall

I don't know much about your weather in India. I live in Ga, USA.
My favorite grass is Miscanthus sinensis gracillimus, also known as Maiden Grass. Very beautiful, gets 3' tall.
A taller, and popular, grass is the Pampas Grass. Don't know the botanical name on this one. It gets about 7' tall.
