I want to start going to a gym but i dont know what what to do. I have no idea what/how to stretch for what ever muscle group i want to work that day. Also I don know what muscle groups to work on. I want to focus on upper body but dont know what groups to work on. Should i do arms and chest one day and back the next day then core? Any advice would be help full. I want a 7 days a week program if that helps give a idea what i want(maxamize muscle groups but not over working). At the moment im 140 pounds nerd (not much exercise at all) 25 year old male and want a six pack by june. ( i know high hopes) So any advice on what type of routine i should follow?
