Want to buy new faceplate for N73.

Hello all- Has anyone here changed faceplates on their N73 ?
I would like to purchase a white faceplate (back part colour not a big deal) but am wondering if it is a big process and if there is a damage risk ?
If it's not a big deal can someone also recommend a good website that has a good quality plate ?
