Want to buy a used Cadillac CTS for about 6k?

I was wondering if those cars take alot of gas or not. I already have a car now, its a 2001 kia optima. I want this car because it is beautiful and I want to upgrade from my first car. I think I might pass for now if I find out that it takes up alot of gas. Also do you know anything else about these models. Any info is much appreciated.
